Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Lab Services Specialist (Phlebotomist) at our Union Station, Washington, DC office. You will perform venipuncture and provide clinical support while delivering an exceptional patient experience from entry to exit.

You will coordinate with front‑desk routines, manage patient communications, and support the lab and providers with clerical duties, ensuring brand standards and compassionate care throughout the visit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and basic phlebotomy tasks.
• Greet patients and manage front desk interactions to support check‑in and scheduling.
• Assist providers and lab staff with daily workflows and clerical tasks.
• Maintain accuracy in specimen labeling and handling.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team, ensuring a positive experience.
