Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver an exceptional patient experience. You will perform venipuncture, provide clinical support, and manage front desk responsibilities while upholding One Medical’s brand standards in Austin.

You will collaborate with care teams, respond to patient inquiries, and support billing and documentation tasks as needed, ensuring compassionate patient‑centered service throughout the visit.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist experience outside trainingexternship.
• Strong customer service and ability to build relationships.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.
• Experience working with diverse teams and remote collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and basic clinical support for patients across ages.
• Serve as front desk and lab liaison, handling messaging and follow-ups.
• Assist with clerical duties, medical records and billing inquiries.
• Maintain office cleanliness and supplies, ensure brand look.
• Master the tech stack (Slack, G‑suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily tasks.
