Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist in Dallas to provide venipuncture and clinical support while delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role combines front-d desk responsibilities with light clinical duties, under the guidance of Practice Coordinators and providers.

You’ll collaborate across offices in a market, ensuring brand standards, patient satisfaction, and efficient scheduling, billing, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist experience outside training/externship.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with common software systems and internet navigation.
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams (remote teams a plus).
• Ability to stay confident and provide patient-centered care during venipuncture.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and clinical support tasks.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Handle daily office tasks and patient communications.
• Support multiple offices within a market as needed.
• Master our technology suite: Slack, G‑suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral and EMR.
• Assist providers and care teams with clerical duties and documentation.
