Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX seeks a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to provide venipuncture and clinical support while ensuring a welcoming patient experience. You will be the first point of contact, manage front desk tasks, and assist the medical team with clerical duties.

The role emphasizes excellent patient communication, teamwork across offices, and mastery of the office technology suite to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multiple software tools.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and other clinical support as part of patient care.
• Deliver care with the C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions.
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Support providers and the lab team with clerical tasks and follow-up on lab cases.
