Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Float Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to deliver venipuncture and clinical support across offices, ensuring a seamless patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact, master our tech stack, and help with outreach, scheduling, and billing inquiries.

The role emphasizes compassionate, human-centered care, strong communication, and teamwork within an in-office and virtual care model. Applicants must hold MA certification and have relevant hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification from a recognized body (NHA, AAMA, NCCT or AMT).
• Postsecondary Medical Assistant program accredited by CAAHEP/ABHES or military training in MA.
• At least 6 months of MA or Phlebotomist experience outside of training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to handle diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and extended scope duties as needed (EKGs, vitals, vaccines, swabs).
• Provide front desk and clinical support; manage patient intake and scheduling.
• Answer patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties and billing inquiries.
