Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist or similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships and provide patient-centric solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems simultaneously.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in collaborative, diverse teams, including remote teams.
• Demonstrated empathy, adaptability, and problem-solving in patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and basic clinical support in office and lab settings.
• Assist with front desk tasks: check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and inquiries.
• Handle patient messages and follow up on lab cases; support providers and medical team with clerical duties.
• Master the technology stack (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain lobby space and ensure brand-aligned look and feel across offices.
• Open and close duties; restock supplies and organize spaces as needed.
• Support cross-office coverage within the market as required.
