Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist Trainee in Boston, MA. No prior phlebotomy experience required; comprehensive training will be provided in phlebotomy and clinical support tasks.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling front desk duties, scheduling, and insurance verification while preparing for venipuncture and other clinical duties over the first six months of employment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support and patient intake in a fast-paced clinic.
• Assist with insurance verification and scheduling tasks.
• Support clinical staff and providers with clerical duties and office operations.
• Learn venipuncture and clinical support duties during training.
