Job summary

One Medical is hiring a Lab Services Specialist/ Member Support Specialist Trainee in Boston to launch a healthcare career. No phlebotomy or medical assistant experience is required as full training is provided in phlebotomy and clinical procedures.

Qualifications

• No phlebotomy/MA experience required.
• Willingness to obtain BLS within 60 days of hire.
• Successful completion of One Medical clinical training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: check-in/check-out, insurance verification, printing tasks.
• Provide patient intake and scheduling support, manage follow ups.
• Support office operations and rounding, team huddles and problem solving.
