Job summary

One Medical is hiring for a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainee in Hanover, NH. The role includes full training in phlebotomy and clinical support, with responsibilities at the front desk and in the lab, and opportunities to grow into a fully scoped Lab Services Specialist position.

Starting pay is $18/hour, with higher pay of $19/hour upon successful completion of clinical training within six months.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework to ensure a positive in-office patient experience.
• Handle front desk duties: check in/out, insurance verification, scheduling.
• Provide support to providers and teams; assist with clerical tasks and outreach.
