Dow's Knoxville plant is seeking a Quality Control Analyst. You will perform lab testing on raw materials and finished products, enter results into quality databases, and maintain housekeeping to high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus science/engineering credits or equivalent.
• Two years college in science/engineering or 3 years military experience.
• Two years of laboratory experience.
• Two years of chemical manufacturing plant experience.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualification testing of materials and samples.
• Record QC data in SAP worksheets and lab requests.
• Prepare certificates of analysis and maintain lab housekeeping.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and test methods.
• Back-up other analysts and support safety requirements.
