Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, plus one of: 2-year science/engineering degree; 3 years military experience; 2 years laboratory experience; 2 years in chemical manufacturing plants.
Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

Perform qualification testing of raw materials, in-process, batch final, shipment final, and special request samples.
Test according to written test methods and record QC data in SAP & lab databases.
Prepare and issue certificates/letters of analysis.
Ensure test equipment is in control and take corrective actions as needed.
Back-up other analysts and provide quality training to team members.
