Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Lab Project Manager to support coordination and execution of client projects from setup through closure. You will ensure accurate project setup, monitor sample receipt, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients to meet client requirements while developing foundational project management skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and timely invoicing and documentation at project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a laboratory environment.
• OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup in LIMS, ensuring accurate client data, pricing, and documentation.
• Monitor sample receipt and coordinate with receiving teams for timely intake.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine client inquiries and direct more complex issues to senior staff.
• Track project status and communicate updates to internal teams and clients.
• Support project closure activities, including deliverables, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and help prepare project status reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client expectations.
• Identify and communicate process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive and professional client experience through courteous service.
