Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Project Coordinator I in Greenville, SC. The role provides administrative support to the Project Management Team, acting as a liaison between management and sample receiving.

You will help ensure accurate intake, documentation, scheduling, data entry, and client communications for smooth project execution. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of customer service.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and strong attention to detail are required.
• Must be organized with ability to multitask and manage data entry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, chemistry, biology or related field is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and provide basic drop-off instructions.
• Answer phones, route calls, and take messages.
• Perform general office administration tasks and support project team.
• Learn lab tests/services to guide clients and direct inquiries correctly.
• Prepare/verify chain-of-custody paperwork and client documentation.
• Log-in samples in LIMS, assign lab numbers, label and stage; monitor preservation requirements.
