Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Associate to support surge capacity for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client. The role is hybrid with 3 days on-site and 2 remote, focusing on study maintenance, data delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will manage study-level activities, tracking of samples and data, and serve as the main contact for study teams and CLS TPOs. Strong communication and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of clinical industry experience.
• 3+ years in Clinical Research Assistant/Coordinator roles.
• Experience in pharma, diagnostics or CRO environments.
• Experience in clinical research or related field.
• Clear communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel for report creation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage study-level tasks including maintenance, data lock, closeout, document flow, and budgets.
• Serve as single point of contact for study teams and CLS TPOs.
• Track safety, biomarker, PK/ADA samples, imaging, and connected devices.
• Monitor and manage data queries.
• Collaborate with internal partners on CLS processes and operations.
• Work with TPOs to ensure timely data delivery.
