Job summary

Labcorp IT is actively seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III to guide the development of business solutions within a transforming healthcare IT landscape. You will engage with stakeholders, elicit requirements, and drive documentation for complex laboratory integrations and data flows.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions, with emphasis on QA support, trade-off analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regulated laboratory

Qualifications

Four or more years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a commercial Oncology laboratory space.
Five or more years of experience with laboratory experience.
Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys and process descriptions.
Serve as a primary IT Business Analyst on medium to large complex projects.
Document business requirements in Use Case and User Story formats.
Support both Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC processes.
Write Acceptance Criteria for requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
Analyze usability and performance tradeoffs with developers and SMEs.
Create end-to-end process flows and data flow diagrams.
Develop requirements specifications following SOP and project guidelines.
