Labcorp is seeking an IT Systems Integration Specialist I to support laboratory operations, systems, and IT infrastructure at the Raritan, NJ site. This full-time, third-shift role requires collaboration with lab staff and IT teams, with on-site support and strong troubleshooting skills.

The position emphasizes configuring and validating laboratory systems, vendor coordination, and incident response. Prior Labcorp experience and HIPAA security awareness are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree and 1+ years in both a laboratory environment and IT support/infrastructure.
• Requires 1+ years' experience in an IT position.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years with LIS or lab instrument interface systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between laboratory operations and IT teams.
• Provide onsite support in the Raritan Lab and STAT Labs.
• Perform setup, configuration, and ongoing support for laboratory systems.
• Support projects involving equipment, software, system connectivity, and post–go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate user account provisioning and access reviews in line with security protocols.
• Assist with backup, recovery and business continuity activities for laboratory systems.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
