Job summary

Eagle is seeking an IT Tech to manage and maintain IT infrastructure and laboratory instrument software, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and coordinate with offsite IT teams and vendors.

The role includes assisting with LIMS, instrument software like Scan RDI and Empower, and day-to-day user support across lab and office environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide help desk support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and laboratory software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local in-house servers and network equipment.
• Manage IT and electrical inventory.
• Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and lab instruments.
• Log and manage support tickets.
• Support Laboratory Instrument software (e.g., Scan RDI, Empower).
• Assist with LIMS data transfer and cloud archiving processes.
