Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Laboratory Solutions Specialist to support laboratory growth across the Northeast Territory, including NY, NJ, CT, MA, and RI. Strong preference for candidates in NYC or Northern NJ. Base salary $115,000–$130,000, with a $60,000 target incentive and auto program.

Travel-friendly, field-based role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in diagnostics sales, knowledge of lab environments, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in laboratory sales or diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 7 year motor vehicle record check completed as part of pre-employment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Laboratory Sales Growth by identifying, developing, and closing new lab equipment and diagnostic sales opportunities.
• Build Strategic Customer Relationships with lab leaders and key decision-makers to improve operational and clinical performance.
• Lead Equipment Implementation & Expansion through evaluations, installations, and customer acceptance; drive menu expansion for reagents and consumables.
• Collaborate, Educate & Influence with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and support proposals.
