Job summary

Picnic is hiring a Territory Restaurant Manager to own Los Angeles restaurant supply, sign and support partners, and ensure capacity, on-time prep, and quality menus. You’ll work with a Bogotá-based team and travel to facilities to assess operations and drive improvements.

You will oversee partner selection, onboarding, performance, and menu quality, while negotiating terms and maintaining profitability. This role requires field presence in Los Angeles and leadership across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 managing a team
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply-side operations
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio, spanning acquisition and performance
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations: kitchen workflow, POS systems (Toast, Square, Clover) and menu management
• Comfortable with data: lateness reports, dashboards and Google Sheets
• Spanish is a plus given the Bogotá-based team

Responsibilities

• Selection of restaurant partners and ensuring pricing tiers and options
• Manage restaurant performance: onboarding, launch, capacity model, on-time prep, and continuity
• Curate menus, photos, and descriptions to ensure quality and consistency
• Lead a Bogotá-based team across sales, onboarding, and operations; set SLAs and routing
• Negotiate effectively to maintain partner relationships and profitability
• Read data reports and translate into actionable plans for partners
• Lead cross-time-zone collaboration and drive process improvements
• Own city performance and demonstrate impact through execution
