Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Territory Restaurant Manager to own the New York region’s restaurant supply, signing partners and ensuring capacity, timely prep, and quality packaging. You’ll work with a Bogotá-based team across sales, onboarding, and menu ops, setting standards and SLAs.

Responsibilities include selection, performance management, menu quality, and field leadership. Expect on-site work in NY with extensive collaboration across time zones and a strong emphasis on delivering a top-notch

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles with team leadership.
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, or marketplaces.
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Select partners to build diverse options across price tiers.
• Own signing, onboarding, launch, and ongoing health of partners.
• Manage menus, photos, and descriptions to ensure quality.
• Lead cross-time-zone team across sales, onboarding, and ops.
