Job summary

Picnic in Los Angeles is seeking a Territory Restaurant Manager to own the city’s restaurant supply, sign partners, and ensure on-time prep and proper packaging for meals.

You will collaborate with a Bogotá-based team, manage performance, and drive improvements across selection, capacity, and menu quality. The role is based in LA with base salary 93k–109k USD, plus equity and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply ops.
• Experience owning a supplier portfolio from acquisition through performance.
• Knowledge of restaurant ops: kitchen workflow and menu management.
• Comfortable with data: lateness reports, dashboards, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant sourcing: select partners, sign deals, and ensure capacity and timing.
• Manage onboarding, launches, and ongoing health of partnerships; fix issues.
• Oversee menu quality: photos, descriptions, and pricing consistent with brand.
• Lead cross-timezone team across sales, onboarding, and ops; set SLAs.
