Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Territory Restaurant Manager to own New York restaurant supply, sign partners, and ensure capacity, on-time prep, and proper packaging. You will visit facilities and talk with operators to drive reliable lunch options.

You’ll lead the sourcing and onboarding of partners, manage performance, and optimize menus, photos, and pricing to deliver high-quality packed lunches. Remote collaboration across time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 managing a team.
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply-side operations.
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio, spanning both acquisition and ongoing performance.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations: kitchen workflow, POS systems (Toast, Square, Clover), menu management, ticket flow.
• Comfortable with data: lateness reports, dashboards, and Google Sheets should not slow you down.
• Spanish is a plus given the team is based in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

• Selection: decide where sourcing comes from and ensure hubs have options at price tiers.
• Restaurant performance: own capacity model, ensure on-time prep, and manage start/stop calls.
• Menu quality: curate menus, photos, tags, and avoid defects.
• The team: coordinate with Bogotá-based teams and set SLAs and routing.
