Job summary

Picnic in Los Angeles is seeking a Territory Restaurant Manager to own restaurant supply for the city. You’ll sign partners, ensure capacity, on-time prep, proper packaging, and compelling menus and photos that drive orders.

Expect field work in facilities and restaurants and collaboration with our Bogotá-based team. You’ll build partnerships, manage performance, and lead cross-functional work across sales, onboarding, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 managing a team.
• Background in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply-side operations.
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio, spanning acquisition and ongoing performance.

Responsibilities

• Selection and onboarding of restaurant partners; ensure capacity and timely prep.
• Own performance: capacity model, on-time prep, pausing/continuing operations when needed.
• Manage menu quality: photos, descriptions, pricing, and consistent offerings.
• Lead a Bogotá-based team across sales, onboarding, and operations; set SLAs and improve systems behind the work.
