Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 in leadership or management.
• Experience in restaurants, food delivery, marketplaces, hospitality, or supply-side operations.
• Experience owning a supply base or partner portfolio, with acquisition and ongoing performance.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations: kitchen workflow and POS systems.
• Comfortable with data: lateness reports, dashboards, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant supply for the region: select partners, onboard, ensure capacity and on-time prep.
• Own performance: manage signing, onboarding, launch, and ongoing health of partners.
• Curate menus, photos, descriptions, and ratings to ensure travel-well lunch options.
• Lead cross-functional teams across time zones and set SLAs and routing.
• Negotiate with operators while maintaining partnerships and fair economics.
• Translate data into actionable plans using lateness reports and gap analyses.
