Job summary

Helpmates, a TalentLaunch company, seeks a Business Development Manager to own the Los Angeles market and drive growth by closing strategic staffing deals with high-value accounts. This hybrid role rewards a strategist who thrives on negotiation and consultative selling, aiming for total market penetration across the LA region.

You will report to leadership, partner with delivery, and convert No’s into partnerships while leveraging an uncapped commission structure to out-earn a strong base

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of top performance.
• Experience in staffing or professional services is preferred.
• Ability to identify and close high-value accounts in the LA market.
• Strong consultative selling and Challenger mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Los Angeles territory, prospect and land high-value accounts.
• Negotiate from discovery to contract execution with C-suite stakeholders.
• Diagnose pain points and architect custom staffing solutions.
• Drive a high-velocity pipeline and keep the CRM updated.
• Collaborate with delivery to ensure promised talent is delivered.
