Job summary

Golden Careers in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth for Growth and New Ventures. You will source opportunities, negotiate terms, and onboard agencies, affiliates, ad networks, and direct publishers to expand brand reach and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with legal, accounting, tech, and brand teams, create funnels and Jira tickets, and optimize paid media campaigns across native, display, and email channels.

Qualifications

• Understanding Facebook UI and integration.
• Worked in Shopify.
• In depth data analysis into metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV.
• Responsible for staying on top of industry trends and recommending improvements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years in a Business Development role with a focus on sourcing and negotiating agencies and affiliates for a DTC company.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. (preferred)
• 5+ years in a Business Development role with a focus on sourcing and negotiating agencies and affiliates for a DTC company within the health & wellness space. (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities for Growth and New Ventures, negotiate terms, and onboard partners.
• Nourish relationships with agencies/affiliates to maximize performance and discover new options.
• Onboard and manage direct buy, direct network, affiliate team, and related opportunities.
• Set up, manage, execute and analyze paid media campaigns and budgets to optimize spend and growth.
• Collaborate with legal, accounting, tech, and brand teams daily.
• Create funnels & pages, create Jira tickets, implement tests.
• Collaborate with offer managers, tech, copywriting, and creative teams to ensure maximum performance.
