STUDIOS in Los Angeles seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth of the LA studio by identifying, pursuing, and winning new work. You will partner with firm leadership to expand client relationships and raise visibility across the West Coast.

You will lead strategy, research opportunities, and manage pursuits from initial contact through proposals and interviews, while building a robust CRM pipeline and collaborating with marketing and technical staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years in business development, marketing, or client development in A/E/C.
• Strong knowledge of LA and SoCal real estate and development market.
• Proven success managing pursuits and developing winning proposals.
• Experience leading shortlist interviews and client presentations.
• Experience managing an opportunity pipeline in a CRM with leads, pursuits, win/loss data.

Aufgaben

• Develop annual business development plans, revenue targets, and market priorities for the LA office.
• Align LA pursuits with regional strategy and share leads across offices.
• Track revenue projections, hit rate, and cost of pursuit; maintain CRM accuracy.
• Lead proposal, qualifications, and RFP/RFQ responses with leadership and staff.
• Coordinate shortlist interviews and client presentation prep, including strategy and rehearsals.
• Maintain pursuit collateral, project sheets, resumes, boilerplate content, and case studies.
• Build and steward client relationships with developers, brokers, project managers, and consultants.
