STUDIOS Architecture in Los Angeles seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the LA studio by identifying, pursuing, and winning new work. The role partners with firm leadership and shapes how the office grows with a real seat at the table.

You will build relationships with clients and industry partners, lead proposals and presentations, and enhance market visibility across Southern California through strategic outreach and collaboration with marketing and technical teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years in business development, marketing, or client development in A/E/C.
• Strong knowledge of the LA and Southern California real estate market.
• Proven success managing pursuits and winning proposals for design or professional services.
• Experience leading shortlist interviews and client presentation preparation.
• CRM experience with leads, pursuits, win/loss data, and client contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior audiences.
• Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint or Salesforce and Adobe InDesign.

• Develop annual business development plans, revenue targets, and market priorities.
• Align LA pursuits with regional strategy and share leads across offices.
• Lead proposal, qualifications, and RFP/RFQ responses with leadership and staff.
• Coordinate shortlist interviews and client presentation preparation.
