KessCo in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the sales team on-site. The role handles order processing, data maintenance, quotes, presentations, and reports, while ensuring timely, professional communication with accounts.

You will coordinate with operations, logistics and account managers to track inventory, support promotions, and uphold high customer satisfaction, requiring strong organization, detail-orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consumer

Qualifications

• Customer service and customer satisfaction skills to support accounts, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales operations and analytical skills to manage orders, track performance metrics, and assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools; experience in consumer goods or retail is beneficial.
• Coordinate samples for buyer meetings, line reviews, and trade shows (including major trade events).
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
