Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and email, processing orders, supporting returns and account updates, and maintaining customer relationships while escalating complex issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate customer service or inside sales experience (retail experience does not qualify).
• Experience providing technical product support preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing product support and website assistance.
• Review, process, and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with returns, account updates, and customer database maintenance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues or elevate complex concerns as needed.
• Communicate important customer and sales information to the appropriate teams.
• Develop product knowledge and support improvements to customer service processes.
