Job summary

KC Fixture & Display, Inc. is seeking a customer and sales support specialist to help manage KCSF accounts. You will handle order entry, processing, and maintain clear communication while aligning with company strategies and goals.

You will collaborate with Sales, create and manage sales orders and shipments, gather product specs and images, arrange samples, and provide frontline customer support. Strong communication and multitasking will help you excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused; able to work with ambiguity.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with administrative support and coordinate functions to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales on a regular basis.
• Create and manage sales orders and shipments for customers.
• Provide high-level customer service to partners.
• Work with customers to obtain product specs and images.
• Coordinate product samples for customers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers; provide in-person support.
• Field customer complaints and facilitate resolution.
• Update weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for vendors and customers.
