Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Field Patient Access Liaison to execute our patient engagement strategy across REMS, access readiness, and reimbursement education. The PAL will work with sites, HUBs, and specialty pharmacies to streamline patient access and ensure compliant operational readiness.

Based in the Los Angeles area with travel up to 50%, you will educate on coverage, prior authorizations, and case management processes while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with matrix partners

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem and working with treatment sites and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment.
• Support site access readiness and strengthen account relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and affordability programs.
