Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to execute site-level patient engagement strategies across REMS and access programs. You will educate sites on certification, support enrollment, and ensure compliant coverage and reimbursement processes while maintaining CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement and patient access.
• Experience navigating a healthcare ecosystem.
• Knowledge of coverage, prior authorization, appeals and affordability programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and compliant communication.

Responsibilities

• Educate sites on REMS certification and enrolment.
• Support site access workflows and stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on case management processes for consented patients.
• Identify and troubleshoot case‑level access barriers.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics across REMS, HUB and distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Site of Care leads on readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation.
• Develop account-level business plans and timelines.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries.
