Job summary

Compass Pathways plc in the US seeks a Patient Access Liaison to drive site-level execution of patient engagement strategies, including REMS certification, access readiness, and compliant coverage education. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharma/biotech.
• Experience navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem and supporting access processes.
• Ability to enable patient progression from referral to treatment initiation.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities with sites.
• Strengthen site access readiness and patient journey through access workflows.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and prior authorization processes.
• Educate on case management, benefit investigations, and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers via approved pathways.
• Coordinate treatment logistics and scheduling across REMS, HUB, and partners.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation for cross-functional visibility.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans aligned to site needs.
• Maintain non-promotional role boundaries and avoid promotional activities.
