Job summary

Dialogue AI Inc. is hiring its first in-house recruiter in Los Angeles. You will report to the CTO, own the hiring funnel, and drive sourcing, outreach, and interviewing for engineers across the organization. The role emphasizes building a scalable, measurable process and coordinating with leadership on offers and relocation.

You will manage a weekly dashboard, ensure fast interview scheduling, and help scale the team toward ambitious growth targets while maintaining high interviewing standards.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in in-house technical recruiting or sourcing.
• Proven track record of filling roles with a measurable funnel.
• Ability to build and run a scalable outreach process.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the recruiting funnel from sourcing to offer.
• Build a large, enriched pool of LA-based engineers and movers.
• Run outreach experiments and track metrics daily.
