Qualifications

• 4–8 years of technical recruiting experience in a similar environment.
• Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience, ideally Series B–D.
• Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior technical leaders.
• Self‑managed and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across multiple domains.
• Partner with founders and senior technical leaders on hiring strategy.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Run rigorous screening conversations focused on candidate fit.
