Job summary

Bespoke Labs in Mountain View, CA is seeking its first full-time recruiter to build the engine that hires RL-environments talent. You will own the process from sourcing to close, partnering with hiring managers to move quickly in a competitive market.

You’ll hire 10-15 engineers and RL-related roles in year one, maintain a 30-day flow from posting to offer, and pursue a 75%+ offer-accept rate against top competitors. This role directly shapes how we train and evaluate agents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and closing engineers in AI/ML markets.
• Ability to move fast and run end-to-end hiring.
• Familiarity with RL environments and ML infra roles.

Responsibilities

• Hire 10-15 technical people in year one, RL-env engineers, SPLs, and researchers.
• Keep median time-to-fill near 30 days from posting to offer.
• Land 75%+ offer-accept rate against Scale AI, Surge AI, Mercor and frontier labs.
• Improve ATS pipeline conversions, scorecard-based interviews, a sourcing playbook, and intake/debrief cadence with hiring managers.
