Job summary

Raydar is recruiting a Technical Recruiter in Los Angeles to own engineering hiring from sourcing through offer acceptance. You will partner with the CTO to write and score standards, and build a rich pool of candidates, including those who would relocate.

You will execute scalable, personalized outreach, run screens, and guide the CTO on next steps, while publishing a weekly pipeline dashboard and preparing for broader hiring across functions.

Qualifications

• Internal, end-to-end technical recruiting background.
• Experience owning a headcount goal at a startup.
• Ability to persuade engineers to commit to in-office roles.
• Ability to discuss funnel metrics from sourcing to offers.
• Hands-on experience with AI in recruiting workflows and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to define hiring standards and score candidates against them.
• Build and refresh a large pool of engineering candidates, including relocations.
• Run personalized outreach at scale and refine messaging based on results.
• Conduct phone screens and advise on who moves to programming screens.
• Publish a weekly dashboard covering pool size, outreach, screens, onsites, offers, and time in stage.
• Expand hiring responsibilities to additional business functions.
