Job summary

Allocate is looking for its first dedicated, in-house technical recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting for our engineering, product, and design teams. You will partner directly with the founders, CTO, and engineering leaders to translate hiring needs into structured, repeatable processes across teams.

You’ll design interview processes, coach hiring managers, and manage external partners while leading advanced outbound sourcing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition across EPD functions (Engineering, Product, Data/Research, Design).
• Structured interviewing practices design and deployment from scratch.
• Outbound sourcing for hard-to-reach candidates with advanced Boolean search.
• Experience evaluating AI-powered sourcing tools to extend lean talent functions.
• Managing external recruiting partners alongside internal pipelines.
• Branding and talent communities to generate inbound interest.
• Talent operations with scalable workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and design, including senior roles.
• Design and run structured interview processes with scorecards and guides.
• Coach hiring managers and interviewers to raise hiring quality.
• Manage external recruiting partners and agencies.
• Own advanced outbound sourcing and niche role searches.
• Build and deploy sourcing strategy with AI tools.
• Shape Allocate’s talent brand and candidate materials.
• Partner with People team on recruiting workflows and reporting.
• Champion inclusive, high-integrity hiring practices.
