Integrated Technology Systems, a growing MSP in New York City, seeks an L1 Support Engineer to deliver frontline IT support to professional services clients. This in-office role requires hands-on expertise with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure, and mobile device management.
You will join a close-knit team, handle on-site and remote support, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high-touch service.
Competenze
- 1+ year MSP or help desk experience.

- First-line troubleshooting: password resets, MFA resets, printer configuration, ticket routing and escalation.
