DPR Construction is seeking a skilled leader to manage the enterprise learning and development programs, overseeing Specialists and aligning initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on delivering effective development programs, coordinating resources, and partnering with People Practices and stakeholders to advance workforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 7-10 years of experience in learning and development, program management, organizational development, or related experience required.
• 2-4 years of experience leading team members, project teams, or program administration activities required.

Responsabilités

• Leads administration and delivery of enterprise learning and development programs to support workforce capability and organizational development objectives.
• Manages Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for program implementation, coordination, and stakeholder support.
• Establishes priorities, allocates resources, and oversees execution of learning initiatives to ensure consistent delivery and program effectiveness.
• Partners with People Practices leaders, facilitators, and business stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational needs and workforce development priorities.
• Reviews program participation, completion, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develops team capability through coaching, performance management, workload planning, and professional development activities.
• Promotes consistency in learning program administration, communication, and participant support across learning and development initiatives.
