You will manage multiple initiatives, collaborate with learning designers, administrators, and SMEs, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or L&D are preferred.
• Experience in curriculum design and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to gather learning needs, program requirements, timelines, and strategic outcomes.
• Lead the design and development of engaging and effective learning programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet targets.
