Job summary

Laminar Projects in the United States is seeking an L&D Specialist to own end-to-end learning initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to uncover real needs, design experiences, pilot solutions, and iterate based on feedback. You’ll manage Thrive learning platform, curate content, and leverage AI to accelerate learning while maintaining quality.

The role offers broad exposure across the business in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching or consultancy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to uncover real needs.
• Interest in learning technology and AI to design and deliver learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner and challenge: Work closely with stakeholders to explore growth opportunities and shape the right learning solution.
• Design, test and improve: Create engaging, discovery-led learning experiences; pilot ideas and refine based on feedback.
• Support our learning ecosystem: Keep Thrive content and data flowing, support users, monitor learning data and report on what works.
• Use AI with purpose: Identify practical ways AI can help design and deliver learning efficiently while keeping quality.
• Facilitate and contribute: Lead learning sessions and contribute to a range of L&D initiatives across the business.
