Join an L&D function that designs programs across professional effectiveness, manager development, onboarding, financial/technical skills, mentoring and leadership. The role emphasizes applying AI to learning content, delivery, and learner experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs within a complex professional environment.
• Genuine interest and practical experience with AI applications in learning.
• Exposure to manager development, leadership development, onboarding, or technical/financial learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with L&D colleagues and stakeholders to design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning programs.
• Support initiatives covering professional effectiveness, onboarding, mentoring and technical skills.
• Stay current on AI and learning technology trends and apply practical ideas to the function.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject-matter experts to create customized learning experiences.
• Develop learning solutions across workshops, coaching, tutorials, AI-enabled simulations and written resources.
• Facilitate learning sessions and manage multiple L&D projects and workstreams.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve learner outcomes.
