You will personalize learning, maintain a robust content library, and collaborate with HR, IT, and product SMEs to align training with product and process changes while ensuring data security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training content in a corporate L&D setting.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled authoring or personalization tools.
• Ability to translate SME input into clear, engaging training materials.
• Familiarity with FFIEC, SOC 2, and data classification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable training content using AI-enabled tools.
• Personalize learning paths based on role, gaps, and performance data.
• Maintain and update the L&D content library to reflect changes.
• Collaborate with SMEs across product teams to translate expertise into training content.
• Promote AI-enabled learning adoption and gather user feedback.
• Lead live and virtual training sessions on AI tools and priority skills.
• Vet AI tools for security and data classification compliance.
• Measure training impact and drive data-informed content updates.
• Support onboarding with AI-personalized paths and mentorship.
