We are partnering with a leading global investment management firm to appoint a Learning & Development Specialist to its New York team.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who enjoys designing bespoke learning solutions, partnering with sophisticated stakeholders and exploring how Tech can transform learning and development.
Working as part of a highly collaborative L&D function, the successful candidate will help design and deliver customized learning experiences across areas including professional effectiveness, manager development, written communication, onboarding, financial and technical skills, mentoring and leadership development.
A key component of the position will be exploring and implementing the practical application of Tech and AI within L&D, including how emerging technologies can enhance learning design, content creation, delivery and the overall learner experience.
Base Salary: $140,000-$170,000
