Altasciences is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the administration, coordination, and delivery of L&D initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on maintaining training records, supporting communications, and developing digital learning content using Articulate 360.

The position also oversees employee recognition program administration and helps manage learning resources on SharePoint and internal platforms, with a bilingual requirement for French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or DEC in a related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Certifications in learning technologies or training administration are assets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Power Automate.
• Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline) is an asset.
• Fluency in French required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training registrations, enrollments, attendance, and completion records.
• Support learning program launches, logistics, scheduling, and communications.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
• Generate learning participation and completion reports.
• Manage day-to-day administration of employee recognition program.
• Coordinate translation and localization of learning materials as needed.
