Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Learning & Development Assistant to support planning, coordination, and administration of learning programs. You will serve as a key contact for training operations, LMS, course logistics, and learner communications to ensure an effective employee learning experience.

You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, vendors, and employees to execute learning initiatives, maintain training records, and generate reports, while helping deliver engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Education/Psychology or related field.
• Basic understanding of training project management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and coordination across departments.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Numerical awareness and data analysis basics.
• Familiarity with video editing and content production preferred.
• Graphic design skills with Canva or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and mandatory activities.
• Manage course scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and logistics.
• Prepare and distribute training communications and materials.
• Maintain LMS records and assist employees with issues.
• Monitor completion status and generate learning reports.
• Support LMS testing, content uploads, and system updates.
• Arrange virtual and in-person training sessions, venues, and materials.
• Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support learning campaigns and continuous improvement efforts.
