Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• At least four years in learning operations or HR systems.
• Experience administering a learning management system (LMS).
• Ability to develop reports and analyze data.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer the learning management system and related learning technologies.
• Configure courses, curricula, certifications and learning paths; manage user profiles.
• Process enrollments, completions, transcripts and certification records.
• Generate reports and dashboards; support continuous improvement of processes.
• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, hybrid and self-paced programs.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, compliance and professional development.
