Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a Training Specialist II to manage training transcripts, serve as trainer for NSO and other initiatives, and optimize the Learning Management System for staff experience. You will collaborate with the Training and Development Supervisor, design eLearning and in-person training, and prepare analytics for strategic reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2–5 years in training/LMS administration, and instructional design/ facilitation certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of training and LMS administrator experience.
• Instructional Design Certification.
• Training and Facilitation Certification (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Maintain training transcripts and LMS records.
• Lead NSO training and other initiatives.
• Design and develop eLearning and in-person trainings.
• Prepare KPI and strategic reports.
• Set up and manage in-person training logistics.
• Collaborate with Training and Development Supervisor.
